Bringing back the Ten Commandments into everyday life
Written In Stone is a non-profit
organization committed to
bringing back the Ten Recent court cases surrounding the Ten Commandments have challenged the undeniable Christian heritage of our country and the foundation on which it was built. At Written In Stone, we are committed to taking a stand against the attacks on our Christian heritage and the Ten Commandments in public places. With over 75% of Americans supporting the Ten Commandments in public places, we can no longer sit back and watch as our history is being rewritten and our children are growing up without these basic legal and moral principles. We are continually working to conceive and implement creative, unique and aggressive ways to get the Ten Commandments back into everyday life through businesses and individuals across the country. As an example we work to support the Ten Commandments in the following ways:
Vehicle displays include our Scion XB wrapped with the Ten Commandments in an aggressive Written In Stone style. Our “Scion from God” travels an average of 2,500 miles per month and makes appearances at concerts, sporting events and festivals spreading the Word of God across the country. Shockey Tours, a major bus tour company in Louisville, KY has also included the Written In Stone graphic on a tour bus and is planning to post the Ten Commandments on their entire fleet. Another way that we work to get the Ten Commandments out there is through fundraisers. We know that youth groups, schools, and other organizations are constantly trying to raise money for events, supplies and other needs. We wanted to offer them a fundraiser with a purpose. Groups can make an average of 40-50% on all items that they sell. We carry a full line of Ten Commandments merchandise and apparel. Some examples include:
One of the best ways that we get the Ten
Commandments back in public is through businesses showing their
support as they display yard signs and framed prints. We understand
that business owners have the opportunity to show their support and
take a stand against this manipulative assault on our heritage.
While some sit back in fear of “offending” a small minority, others
are boldly taking a stand as they consider their commitment to God a
more powerful and virtuous ambition. |
